Creating an Integrator FTP CommAdapter

The Integrator FTP CommAdapter enables Integrator to exchange files via FTP.

You require this type of CommAdapter when you create a Channel between Integrator and an FTP Server application.

Prerequisites

• Integrator Server
• Composer with Integrator Enabler
• Application or Partner object representing the FTP server
• Axway Server object representing the Integrator Server
• TCP CommNetwork

Procedure

1. In the Composer Topography workbench, open the Axway Server object that represents the Integration Server instance where you intend to run the Integration-Process.
2. In the Integrator Server properties window Communication tab, add a TCP CommNetwork.
3. Select the CommNetwork and add a new CommAdapter as a child.
4. When you add the CommAdapter, Composer opens a configuration window.
4. In the configuration window select FTP as the CommAdapter type.
5. Save the Axway Server object.
