Activating protocols in Gateway

1. Start Gateway Navigator and the Gateway Server.
2. Open a Gateway Navigator session on the Gateway Server.
3. In the left pane of the GUI main window, right-click the Gateway server that you want to configure and select Configure from the context menu.
4. The Configuration window is displayed.
4. In the left pane of the Configuration window, go to Connectivity > Internet protocols or Connectivity > Legacy protocols and select the protocol that you want to activate. Your choices are:
   • FTP
   • HTTP
   • SFTP
   • Mail
   • EDInt (AS1, AS2, AS3)
   • RosettaNet
   • PeSIT E
   • PeSIT D
   • ETEBAC3
   • ETEBAC5
   • OFTP
   • PEL
5. In the configuration for the protocol you selected, click Activate.
6. Click Apply and OK.
7. Restart the Gateway Server for the activation to take effect.
