Opening Copilot to check PassPort AM authentication
Overview
After you configure PassPort access management for Integrator, to test the services you can open Copilot.
Copilot is a set of monitoring and administration tools you use to manage the Integrator Server.
The Copilot tools are native to any Integrator Server instance.
There are two ways to access the Copilot tools for a given Integrator Server instance:
- From Axway Composer
- From a dedicated Copilot client
About the Copilot client
During the installation of an Integrator Server instance, the Axway Installer deposits a Copilot installation package to the directory:
CORE_ROOT/install/copilot_setup
To use the Copilot client, run this setup program. This program installs on Windows platforms only. If you wish to use the Copilot client from a machine other than the machine on which you have installed the Integrator Server instance, you can copy this directory to a different machine on your network.
Installing the Copilot client
- Go to the directory $CORE_ROOT/install/copilot_setup/ or to the directory to which you have copied the installation program.
- Execute setup.x4
- The Welcome screen is displayed.
- Select Continue, and in the next screen enter the installation options:
- Program Directory: Enter the path to the directory where you want to install the Copilot Client.
- Program Folder: Enter a name for the Copilot Client installation folder.
- Select Continue, and in the next screen enter parameters for connection to the Integrator Server:
