Creating Messaging queues

Procedure

On the machine where Messaging is installed:

1. Open a command window.
2. In the Messaging installation directory, navigate to the sub-directory:
3. runtime\bin
3. Execute the profile file to export the environment variable:
   • UNIX: .$xms_home_dir/runtime/etc/profile (do not omit the leading point ".")
   • Windows: %xms_home_dir%\runtime\etc\profile.cmd
4. Execute the command:
5. xmscre queue -i <QUEUE_NAME>
