Checking the messaging installation for PassPort access management

1. Go to <Messaging install directory>/runtime/etc.
2. Open the file conffile in a text editor
3. Check for correct values in the PassPort configuration section of this file.
4. Go to <Messaging install directory>/runtime/tmp .
5. Check for any errors in the OUT files.
