Monitoring Axway products in Sentinel Monitoring
Overview of the function
The Sentinel Monitoring Interface displays results of Requests that are configured in Composer and executed on a Sentinel Server. These Requests retrieve Tracked-Event Records from the Tracking Database.
When you view a Request, Sentinel Monitoring displays the Request window. You can use this window to work with the results that the Request returns.
In the Request window, the results of an executed Request initially include:
- One row for each Tracked-Event Record that the Request selects.
- Keep in mind that when a Request selects more than 10 000 Tracked-Event Records from the Tracking Database, Sentinel displays only the first 10 000 Tracked-Event Records.
- One column for each attribute that the Request selects.
- By default, the size of each column is large enough to accommodate the cell that contains the longest chain of characters. To resize a column, pass your cursor over the end of the column to display a double-ended arrow. Then, drag the column to the desired width. The top (or header) cell of each column contains the name of the attribute to which the values in the column apply. For example, EventDate is displayed in the header row of the column containing event date values.
