It is recommended that you verify that your Messaging queues are empty before you stop the product. Although all messages in Messaging queues are persistent, if Messaging is shut down with messages in the queue it is very likely that they need to be consumed by an application.
Do one of the following:
From the desktop Start menu, select All Programs > Axway Software > Synchrony Axway > Messaging > Stop Messaging
Enter the command xmsadm stop.
