Tracking Transfer CFT configuration changes

About the configuration auditing feature

Configuration auditing enables Transfer CFT to track configuration change events and send this information to the Sentinel Server. A Transfer CFT configuration change can be:

• Deleting, modifying, or creating a CFTxxx object (PART, or PART database)
• Creating or deleting a CFTFILE object (PARM, PART, CAT, LOG…)

Procedure

To enable configuration change auditing, set the Sentinel parameter value uconf:sentinel.xfb.audit to yes in the in the Unified Configuration (UCONF).

Example

Using CFTUTIL, define the parameter in UCONFSET (example):
