Problem

When you try to login using a SSH client, ST Server logs you in and then logs you out. On your screen, you see the error "Server refused to allocate pty" or "Server refused to start Shell/Command."

Solution

Secure Transport does not support pty or shell command prompts (interactive sessions). Secure Transport does support scp, and SFTP versions 3 and 6.
