Symptom:

Event 1055 - SMTP line length exceeded

Detailed Information:

This event can be logged at any time during the SMTP protocol when EMF is sending or receiving mail. The only exception to this would be while the inbound relay is receiving the SMTP message content after the SMTP DATA command has been accepted.

This safeguard protects EMF from being vulnerable to buffer overrun type attacks where the sender might send very large strings during the SMTP HELO, MAIL, or RCPT commands.
