Summary:
MMS SMTP Relay fails to start after WSSSave (with security data selected) is restored to a new server.

Symptom:
One or more policy managers failed to initialize. Please refer to the log.

Virus Manager not available under Countermeasures.

The following events are recorded to the event log:

Component Name: Security Manager
Event Description: S/MIME startup failed
S/MIME startup failed. Reason code: 0x80000004.

Component Name: Security Manager
event Description: Initialization Failed
Initialization failed. Reason code: 0x80040102.

Resolution:
MMS stores the path to the Security database in a file called wss.ini. This file is stored in the smime directory in the MMS installation folder - by default: c:\program files\tumbleweed\mms\smime\wss.ini.
Although this file is restored by WSSSave, it is not updated to reflect the new server name. The file should be edited to reflect the name of the local server. See below:
