Master password does not exist or cannot be replicated
Master password does not exist on the primary box or cannot be replicated on the secondary.
In MailGate 5.0 or later, with or without Secure Mailbox enabled, a file gets generated which contains the password for the private key used by Secure Mailbox (for message encryption purposes).
Resolution
If you receive error messages that this file is not present on the primary box or is not replicated successfully on the secondary box (if you run in local cluster), you need to contact Axway Global Support.
The fix involves replacing the file from a box where it exists to the one that does not have it. Afterwards, you may need to create a new encryption key using the Admin UI on the primary box (Administration > Certificates > Secure Mailbox Keys >Generate Key) and make it *default*.
