Events from overflow file are not sent to Sentinel

Problem

Events from the overflow file are not being sent after connection to Sentinel is restored.


Resolution

Enable Sentinel heartbeat. There is a dependency in the implementation which needs heartbeats to be enabled in order to recognize when the connection to the Sentinel server is restored after an outage.
