Resolution

* follow steps below:

1-edit Map_Designer/configuration/logging.xml

2-modify priority value to "info|warn|error|fatal|debug"

3-restart

(by default debug is not set. note some debug traces are available by default but more debug traces will be logged)

* not valid for Mapping Services 3.*
