Problem
An empty file is created after the first start of the product Interchange 5.10.1 SP5 with Electronic Signature 2.8.0 SP1 under
C:\home\java\jetty\jetty-5.1.3\webapps\axis\WEB-INF\attachments
Resolution
Edit the file <Interchange_Install>\webapps\cyclone\WEB-INF\server-config.wsdd
Then comment :
