Problem

* A customer cannot figure out where to download the AMI (Amazon Machine Image) for the API Server.

Resolution

-- There are no AMI files for the API Server on Sphere, instead they must be requested via the license fulfillment process.  An API Server license is also necessary, whether the AMI is intended for evaluation or production, which can also be obtained from the fulfillment team for their region.  The customer will need to provide their Amazon account ID and the Amazon region they want to run the API Server AMI in to fulfillment who will then make the AMI available to them.
