Problem

-- TxD certificates generated regularly even with no TxD node
-- issue is appearing only in active/active installs

Resolution

* issue is due to a configuration error in crossworks.properties. verify files for each node have same correct value for keystore directory:

for unix:

# Keystore directory (created on use)
dir.keystore=<shared folder>/B2BiServer/Interchange/common/conf/keys

for windows:

dir.keystore=<shared folder>\\B2BiServer\\Interchange\\common\\conf\\keys
