Problem

Gateway's transfer are frozen and in the file Q_SENTINEL.out there are the following error messages:

-- 2014/01/30 08:20:42 - ERROR from TrkUexSendNotif
   2014/01/30 08:20:42   sendMessage failed with status -902

Resolution

The tracker.pmq and router.pmq files are corrupted, to fix this perform the following steps:
1. Stop Gateway.
2. Rename tracker.pmq and router.pmq to tracker.pmq_old and router.pmq_old
3. Run the command: pelmon check_base -ra
4. Start Gateway.
