Problem

--Received 878 ABEND (IRR401I 878 ABEND DURING RACF PROCESSING)

Resolution

--Multiple transfers were submitted and during the catalog access, large amounts of below the line storage has been allocated
--As a workaround, limit the concurrent active transfers

Note: the RACF operation is retried and it should not affect the associated transfer
