Access Log and Transaction log roll over with each request

Problem

Access Log and Transaction log roll over with each request.
Note that the settings have been changed for the max log file size from 1000 to 16000 KBs as below



Workaround

The max file size that can be set in 7.3.0 before roll over needs to be set between 1-10239 (anything bigger is treated as 0)

Resolution

The bug is fixed in 7.3.1
