Unable to add MIME Types to the Threatening Content filter
Problem
* Policy Studio reports an exception when you attempt to add a MIME type to the MIME Types tab of a Threatening Content filter and no MIME types are shown.
The following are examples of the error messages you might see:
ERROR [4068f940] There was a problem initing the Threatening Content Regular
Expressions table: Fields must have cardinality of 0 or 1
ERROR [4068f940] java exception:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.eclipse.osgi.framework.internal.core.BundleLoader.findResource(BundleLoader.java:478)
at org.eclipse.osgi.framework.internal.core.BundleLoader.findResource(BundleLoader.java:474)
Resolution
-- This is due to a known bug in Policy Studio. Please contact support to request a copy of the Policy Studio patch from Mantis issue # 133433.
