datamapper maps in Integrator standalone

Problem

-- are datamapper maps from Mapping Services 3.0.1 (and higher) supported with Integrator standalone?

Resolution

* datamapper maps are not supported for Integrator standalone, and were developed for B2Bi 2.1.0 for migration purpose.
* standalone Integrator users are advised to use DML maps instead, from Composer or from Mapping Services
