Resolve "Tracking Object not found : publicName = SERVERLOG" error in sentinel.log

Problem

In sentinel.log, following error message is recorded:

[_FrontEndServer] ERROR L249 EventFactoryImpl.initializeEvent - Tracking Object not found : publicName = SERVERLOG, |1|1.2|3|Event|4|5|6|123456789|9|SERVERLOG|1|2|3|SERVERLOG|||||||.....

Resolution

Import and deploy the 'ServerLog' Tracking Object.

At Composer -> Integration-Services

  1) Select Tools -> Monitoring -> Import pre-build.  The Sentinel import window will be displayed.

  2) In the Sentinel import window, use the browse button to navigate to <SentinelHomeDirectory>/Sentinel/extras/audit/ and open Audit.xml

  3) Select the 'ServerLog' Tracked Object.  Click on the import button to start the import process.

  4) Select Tools -> Entity Broswer.  The imported 'ServerLog' Tracked Object is in system/Monitoring/Audit folder.  Select it and right-click to select 'Other Actions -> Send To Server'.  The status will change to Committed.

* Steps are also described in Sentinel_4.0.1_ConfigurationGuide ('Importing ServerLog and Deployment Tracked Objects' section).
