Stopping Integrator with './Administration stop' command leads to a core dump

Problem

- in order to stop all products it is using ./Administration stop command and as a consequence, a dump is generated.-

Resolution

- cause: Procengine tries to unlock a library and it fails;
- solution: a newer version of procengine module (version > 2.2.28) solves this problem;
- Integrator 3.6.0 SP9 or SP10 to be installed.
