Problem

-- getting such error during the execution of the archiver

Resolution

* the size of the loggers you are trying to archive is probably too large
   the archiver is not able to allocate enough memory to execute its job

1- check the size of the directorries located in $CORE_DATA/logger

2- if some of the logger directories are abnormally huge (several tens of gigabytes) :

- make sure your archiver is properly configured (retention time, archive every ...)
- set the LOGGER_OPTIONS -R to inactivate the old entries  (see https://support.axway.com/kb/68801/language/en). that should decrease the logger size significantly
