One of the resource dependencies is not accessible
Problem
-- in a Map, trying to use an object (Map, Business Document ...) from a Map Project A in a different Map Project B-- getting the error when checking the map :

Resolution
* Map Project A has to be referenced in Map Project B first - it is not done by default* when creating the Map Project, name it, click on Next to get the "Map Project References" and select the Map Project you need
* it can also be done after the Map Project was created : right click on the Map Project and select "Properties". then choose the Map Project accordingly. If you do that way, the flow which uses the external Map has to be recreated
