Where to find available attributes for each Connector

Problem

-- In the Mapping Services 3.0.1 DML Reference Guide, it is indicated:
-- Where to find available attributes for each Connector
-- You can find the .s4h files that list the attributes for each connector in $CORE_ROOT\local\config\attribute.

Resolution

* The documentation is wrong but also there is a minor related bug in B2Bi:
-for Integrator, you can find the .s4h files that list the attributes for each Integrator connector in $CORE_ROOT\config\attribute.
-for B2Bi up to release 2.1, you can find the .s4h files that list the attributes for each B2Bi connector in $CORE_LOCAL\config\attribute.
-in B2Bi 2.2.0 it is planned to fix and move the attributes to $CORE_ROOT\config\attribute.
-by default only custom attribute files created by users should be stored in $CORE_LOCAL\config\attribute, and only there.
