Validation Authority and CVE-2015-1793 (certificate forgery issue)

Problem

* The OpenSSL team has announced that CVE-2015-1793. Does this impact Validation Authority?

Resolution

-- No. This defect does not affect the OpenSSL 1.0.0 or 0.9.8 releases. Currently supported versions of VA use OpenSSL 1.0.0 and older versions used OpenSSL 0.9.8. As such, there is no impact for any version of VA.
