Analytics fails to generate reports if the 'admin' account is removed

Problem

* If the 'admin' account is removed or otherwise no longer valid, for example, due to Analytics being changed to authenticate against LDAP, it will no longer be able to generate reports.

Resolution

-- Analytics has a setting in its configuration for the user to generate reports as. If these credentials are not valid to log into Analytics, the report generation may fail. The settings can be found by using 'open file' in Policy Studio, opening /analytics/conf/fed/configs.xml, and then editing the user/pass listed under Listeners/Axway Analytics/Database Archive/Scheduled Report/Report Generation Process as shown in the screenshot below:
