* On Windows 8, Windows 2012 or later, the admin password prompt does not show up.

Resolution

-- As documented in the Admin Guide, this is because the OS does not allow us to show the password prompt unless the interactive services permission has been set. This should be turned on during the installation, when this prompt comes up:
