Resolution

* there is probably no problems with the ports. just focus on the first error :

SENTINEL_CLIENT.START: Sentinel Server is not started

* Integrator is not able to reach Sentinel :

- check the host and the port defined at the connector level

- make sure that Sentinel is started properly
