Resolution

* Usually this is caused by a mismatch between the actual hostname of the server and the hostname specified in the generation of the Secure Relay Master Agent license key.

* Run the hostname command on the server to verify the actual hostname.

* Compare the output of this command with the hostname specified in the license key email provided by Axway Fulfillment.

* If a difference is found, contact Axway Fulfillment for a new license key with the correct hostname.
