Resolution

This is regression introduced in CFT 3.1.3 and it will be fixed in the SP6 or in a patch over the SP6

WORKAROUND:

If no general exit is needed, ensure the EXITEOT parameter (from CFTPARM) is unset (EXITEOT = ' ')
