Documentation on API Gateway cache parameters (ehcache)

Problem

* Where can we find documentation on the cache parameters for the caches used by the API Gateway?

Resolution

-- All current versions of API Gateway use ehCache 2.4.6 for local and distributed caches. Documentation for that version and its parameters are located on the ehCache website.
