Problem

* You are not able to use a KPS selector in a throttling filter in 7.5.1, even though this was possible in earlier versions and you get an error like:

Invalid number entered for Allow: ${kps.ThrottleProperties["1"].NumberofMessages}

Resolution

-- This is a known bug that will be fixed in 7.5.2.
