310 Network fault after the SSL handshake is successfully made
Problem
Exchanging files via PeSIT with SSL/TLS is failing with 310 Network fault after the SSL handshake is successfully made.
Resolution
Set the 'Protocol packet header policy in TLS'
From Gateway Navigator, go to 'Security Management->Transfer Security Management->Security Profile->TLS Profile then select 'Details' and find the 'Protocol packet header policy in TLS' at the bottom.
In case the distant is
a) Transfer CFT
when on CFT in Security profile VERSION = 'TLSV1COMP' => on Gateway sp_protocol_header_policy = DETECT
when on CFT in Security profile VERSION = 'TLSV1' => on Gateway sp_protocol_header_policy = UNUSED
b) Secure Transport
When Gateway is setup to exchange files with SecureTransport the 'Protocol packet header policy in TLS" must be set to either 'Used' or 'Detect' for both server and client TLS profiles.
