Resolution

* the problem is usually caused by the customization of the jvm in the cfg files
* check the content of the CORE_JVM_COMMON_CREATE_FILES. this environment file provides a list of the custom configuration files for the JVM
* check the existence and the content of each configuration files (they are usually located in $CORE_LOCAL/config.java)
