Messages similar to "Cannot get group for gid 3000" are logged from the SSHD service

Resolution

The messages, similar to

2016-11-18 12:00:01,337 INFO [SSHD-TRANSFER-1] com.tumbleweed.st.server.util.AccessChecker - Cannot get group for gid 3000

are informational and indicate that a user logging in the ST SSH daemon may not have its group (3000) defined on the operating system level. The appearance of the message should not prevent normal SSH operations, therefore it is logged with the INFO level.

If you wish to stop receiving the message, you could add a group with gid 3000 on the operating system level with groupadd or similar command. The group should appear in the /etc/group file.
