Problem
How to generate the ADI Support Archive from UI to share with Axway Support.
Resolution
If you are experiencing problems with your platform you might want to send a support archive (Zip file) to the Axway support team. Support archives can be created and downloaded from the Web user interface.
To create a support archive go to Platform management (Configure & Manage > Platform) and select the Support tools menu in the advanced section. And then click on 'Create Support Archive' on the upper right side and follow the steps.
Once generated, please upload this to support case.
