Is NTLM and NTLMv2 is supported with Passport 4.6.0.11.0 to authenticate to Active Directory

Resolution

Passport do not use NTLM authentication.

NTLM authentication does not use a password, it uses a challenge-response protocol which requires a few server roundtrips.

When you configure an external identity store in passport, you can configure the following authentication methods:
none, simple, CRAM-MD5, DIGEST-MD5.
