Problem

Unable to install SecureTransport on Windows Server 2012. Install.log shows:

2017-06-28 09:23:50 WARN Error in task SynJTaskCreateMenu: Could not create C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Axway Software\Axway SecureTransport01 folder.

2017-06-28 09:23:50 ERROR Error on task Installation complete: Exception: Access is denied.

Resolution

This seems to be related to Windows permissions and running the Setup.exe with the "Run as administrator" option (available when you right click on the file) would result in a successful installation.
