Problem

In version 3 of CFT, the EOT exit is called after the end of a transfer.

In version 2 of CFT, the EOT exit is called after the end of a transfer and after an acknowledgement is received.

Resolution

In version 3, the management of the transfer acknowledgement must therefore be done with the procedures provided for this purpose: ACKEXEC, EXECSFA or EXECSMA.

The call to the end of transfer exit on acknowledgment is not a "voluntary" feature in version 2.

The call on acknowledgment has never been specified or documented.
