Enable Single User Mode in Mailgate
Problem
After Upgrade to 5.5.4 Patch 9, the Single User Mode is disabled by default and thus hidden upon boot.
Resolution
To enable Single User Mode:
1. On the MailGate's console menu navigate to Hardening and Security -> Password Configuration -> Enable Protected Single User Mode.
2. Reboot the appliance and select Protected Single User Mode
