Problem

CFT unreacheable on CG after upgrading to CFT 3.3.2

message:

navigatorNotifSend: Central Governance: sending heartbeat request error: (-1) Only update notification is allowed when the update procedure is in progress

Resolution

A request to update is in progress and it does not have to send an heartbeat to CG because a another type of heartbeat is sent to track the progress of the update.

After the update, it may need some time after the update (several minutes) before the heartbeat announcing Copilot is up is send to CG.
