Problem

• Where are the templates used to created emails sent by API Manager, API Portal?
• How do I customize emails sent by API Manager?
• What variables or attributes are used or available in API Manager emails?

Resolution

• In 7.5.3 and later, email templates can be found at <install loc>/apigateway/system/conf/apiportal/email
• In 7.5.2 and earlier, the email template location was <install loc>/apigateway/webapps/apiportal/conf/email

Also, please see the 7.6.2 API Manager User Guide, section 'Customize API Manager' for information on the email templates. This even applies for 7.5.3 users, as the 7.5.3 guide omitted mention of the templates.
