Problem

The "API Manager OAuth Settings" item under the Components menu is no longer there.

Resolution

This menu was removed in 7.5.5 SP1 due to being unnecessary. Portal now acquires the values from each API Swagger. If the tokenURL has "localhost" as host it will replace this "localhost" with the host of the API Manager from which the Swagger file was downloaded.
