Problem

The EMVO has reduced their Pack Size limit from 1,000,000 to 250,000 serial numbers, Pack Data / Pack State update report triggered for more than 250,000 serial numbers in a single report in EU Module 1.5 receives an error from EMVO for Invalid File Format.

Resolution

This is resolved by splitting the report into multiple reports consisting of a maximum of 250,000 serial numbers in each report. A temporary fix for the EU Module 1.5 Release is available, please contact Axway Support for more information.
