Problem

• Integrator tasks won't to start and you have the following errors in Integrator trace:

ERROR :20210908:08.48.24.37:B2Bi PE Sentinel Client Task 1(pe - B2Bi Sentinel Client Task(sentinel_client)):sentinel_970_1: SENTINEL_CLIENT.START: failed to initialize TrkApi '/opt/axway/b2bi/Integrator/data/sentinel/trkapi_00117_1.cfg'

WARNING:20210908:08.48.24.38:r4edi(starter):process "SentinelClientTask_970_1001_1" terminated

• You are in BATCH mode in Sentinel connector and not in Direct mode

Resolution

Then follow these steps:

1. Stop the TE

2. Backup Integrator/data/sentinel/ folder

3. Delete all the overflow*** files under Integrator/data/sentinel/

4. Start TE

=> And check if the Sentinel errors still occuring in Integrator
