Problem

Production server Windows does not start after update in 4.1.2.

With the Update 2 package for windows platform, Python 3.6.9 is now part of the delivery but do not start because the dll "VCRUNTIME140.DLL" of "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015" is missing on the system.

Resolution

Package "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015" available on Microsoft website must be installed.
