Problem

When trying to install the Amplify Central Agent the following is reported:

You are logged into a service account
The current region is set to EU.

ORGANIZATION_NAME GUID ORG ID
✔ GUID ORG ID

"ORGANIZATION_NAME" TEAMS GUID ROLE
✔ TEAMS GUID ROLE

This account has been set as the default.
axway central install agents
This command configures and installs the agents so that you can manage your gateway environment within the Amplify Platform.

? Select the type of gateway you want to connect: Amplify API Gateway
? Do you want to use API Manager with the API Gateway: Yes
? Select the type of agent(s) you want to install: Traceability
? Select the mode of installation: Binaries

CONNECTION TO AMPLIFY PLATFORM:
The agents need access to the Amplify Platform to register services.
✖ Error: Can't find org ID

Resolution

1) Setup / change / confirm Tooling Credentials within https://platform.axway.com/user/credentials

2) Login in the Axway CLI as Service account using:

axway auth login --client-id <id> --client-secret <key> --username <email>

or

axway auth login --client-id <id> --secret-file /path/to/pem/file --username <email>

3) Install Agent :

axway central install agents
